EX-ARMY CAPTAIN DIES IN GRUESOME HIT-AND-DRAG IN JAIPUR; COPS HUNT DRIVER
JAIPUR, Rajasthan – August 16, 2025:A retired Indian Army captain died in a terrible hit-and-run in Jaipur. A car banged into his bike and dragged him quite a bit. Narsaram Jajra was found dead near Chitrakoot Stadium on August 15, 2025. The whole awful thing was caught on a CCTV camera. Jaipur police are looking hard for the driver, thought to be a woman with a kid in the car.
What Happened?
Narsaram Jajra was biking to Chitrakoot Stadium when it happened around 7:00 AM, when the roads are usually busy.
The CCTV footage shows a fast car, said to be a white SUV, coming up behind Jajra. It looked like the driver wasn’t really paying attention and didn’t even try to slow down or move over.
The car slammed into Jajra hard, throwing him off his bike. He got stuck under the car’s front wheel.
The driver kept going, dragging Captain Jajra for about 10 feet before speeding off.
Cops Investigating
Jaipur Police got to the scene fast after people called it in. They found the guy dead.
A police team is checking things out. They’ve got the CCTV footage, which is now a key piece of proof.
The cops think the driver is a woman with a child.
They’re working hard to find her and arrest her. She’ll probably be charged with serious stuff like homicide.
